1. Who we are

2. The service
vidnerds gives you access to software that sends your requests to third-party AI models and stores the results in your account. We do not train these models. Available models, features and limits may change; the models and providers used for each result are shown in your library.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. [PENDING: minimum age]. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain free credits.
4. Credits
Credits are a prepaid right to use the service. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, are not tokens or securities and carry no promise of return. The cost of each generation is shown before you confirm; the confirmed quote is the maximum charged. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. 5. Plans and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Plusmarket LLC. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. We do not store your card details.
6. Your content
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads and how you use results. You must have the rights to anything you upload. You grant us the limited permissions needed to process, store and display your content to you and to send it to the model provider that processes your request.
Whether results can be protected by intellectual property and how they can be used may depend on the law where you are and on each model provider's terms. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity or non-infringement of results. [PENDING: legal review].
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may block requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break it.
8. Availability
Third-party models can be slow, unavailable or change. If a generation fails, reserved credits are returned. We do not promise unlimited generation or uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
