2. Data we process
Account data (email, name, language, sign-in method); content you submit (prompts, uploaded images) and results; billing data (purchases, invoices, refunds — card data is handled by Stripe, not by us); technical data (logs, IP address, device information) for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why
To provide the service you request, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records) and, with your consent where required, to send product updates.
4. Third-party processors
Your prompts and files are sent to the AI model provider that processes your request (for example Google, OpenAI, Runway, Kling AI, ByteDance/BytePlus, Black Forest Labs, or infrastructure providers such as fal.ai used as backup routes). We also use hosting, database, storage, email, error monitoring and payment providers (such as Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Sentry and Stripe). 5. Retention
Results and uploads are kept while your account is active and according to your plan's storage policy. When you delete a file, project or account we delete the content; we keep financial records for the period required by law. [PENDING: exact periods].
